We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-time Sales & Office Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for contacting our database of prospective business clients to book sales meetings, while supporting general office tasks.
About the Role
We have a target database of potential business clients ready to go, but we need a proactive team member to turn those leads into meetings while keeping our office operations organized. This role is a split between outbound sales outreach (booking meetings for the owner) and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Sales Support
- Direct Prospecting: Contact prospective business clients from our database via phone and email to introduce our services and book sales meetings.
- Lead Follow-Up: Consistently track and follow up with warm leads and previous contacts.
- CRM Management: Log call outcomes, update contact details, and maintain an accurate pipeline of prospects.
Office & Operational Admin
- Customer Support: Answer incoming phone inquiries and manage the general inbox professionally.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle basic data entry, scheduling, document filing, and office supplies.
- Order & Invoice Support: Assist with sending out quotes, basic invoicing, and tracking client payments (training provided on software).
What We’re Looking For
- Phone Confidence: Comfort with making outbound B2B calls-prior experience in telesales, outbound customer service, or sales admin is a strong advantage.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to stay focused while working independently through call lists.
- Computer Literacy: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic CRM tools.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional verbal and written English skills.
- Organisaton: Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks accurately
- Sales driven: Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly desirable. Pay: £13.00-£15.50 per hour
