Job Description
ThirdGen Digital Technologies Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, improvement, and governance of technology services across the organisation. This role focuses on ensuring reliable IT operations, strengthening service performance, and creating seamless experiences for internal users and clients. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to enhance service quality and drive continuous improvement across the technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of IT services, ensuring operational performance meets agreed service expectations and business priorities.
- Establish and maintain service management processes covering incidents, requests, changes, and service improvements.
- Lead relationships with internal teams, technology suppliers, and service providers to maintain effective collaboration.
- Review service performance data, identify operational trends, and implement initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Oversee major incidents, ensuring effective communication, root cause analysis, and preventative actions are completed.
- Support technology transformation projects by coordinating service readiness, operational planning, and implementation activities.
- Develop service reports, governance updates, and improvement recommendations for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT service delivery, IT operations management, service management, or technology leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, incident management, change management, and service improvement practices.
- Experience managing technical teams, third-party suppliers, and enterprise technology services.
- Ability to balance operational priorities with strategic technology objectives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related discipline.

Pay: £3,800.00-£6,500.00 per month
