We are looking to recruit passionate Recycling Operatives to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a busy, family owned recycling and production plant.
Duties will include preparing items for processing on our innovative plastic waste recycling plant, in line with company and environmental guidelines. Operating basic machinery and equipment safely (training provided). General day to day duties also include keeping your work areas clean, tidy, and hazard free.
Previous experience in recycling, waste management, or manual labour is desirable but not essential. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
Good level of physical fitness.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
Awareness of health & safety practices, which must be followed at all times.
FLT license would be advantageous, but not necessary for this role, along with excellent communication skills. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who are happy to get their hands dirty and learn new skills.
Own reliable transport required due to the location of the site near Caenby Corner.
