Are you ready to start your teaching journey and help shape the futures of the children and young people in our classrooms?
Ark Teacher Training is looking for motivated individuals to join our ITT Trainee Teacher Programme. We offer a supportive, school-based route into teaching that combines hands-on classroom experience with high-quality training. You'll gain your PGCE and QTS while working alongside skilled teachers who are committed to helping you succeed.
Our programme brings together the best of university learning and real classroom practice. From day one, you'll be part of a community that values collaboration, reflection and shared learning. We believe great teachers are supported, not left to figure it out alone. That's why you'll work with an in-school mentor, an Ark coach and a university tutor who will guide you every step of the way.
