Duties
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including driving clients to appointments or activities.
- Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client conditions to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure a safe environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines.
