Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer seeking to join a highly regarded, forward-thinking law firm with an outstanding reputation across the East Midlands?
We are recruiting on behalf of a Legal 500-recognised, Nottinghamshire-based firm for a Residential Conveyancer to join their well-established Stapleford office. The Role
You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
Working alongside an experienced and friendly team, you will benefit from strong administrative and IT support, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files independently
- Drafting contracts and reviewing title documentation
- Raising and responding to enquiries
- Conducting searches and progressing matters to exchange and completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Ensuring compliance with CQS, SRA, and AML requirements
- Maintaining accurate records via the firm’s case management system
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and procedures
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Confident managing files independently
- Proficient with case management systems
