Proven experience managing Accounts Payable operations, including supervision of a small team and delivery to deadlines.

Strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, controls and reconciliations, including approvals, supplier master data, payment controls and month-end routines.

Experience completing structured handovers, capturing operational knowledge and translating it into clear desk procedures, SOPs or work instructions.

Ability to write clear, practical procedures that are easy for team members to follow and keep up to date.

Systems savvy with strong Excel skills; able to work confidently with finance systems, invoice workflows, payment processes and reporting tools.

Excellent stakeholder management across Finance, Procurement, budget holders, suppliers and system/service providers, with clear, confident communication and a service mindset.

Relevant accounting qualification, such as AAT or part-qualified/qualified by experience, preferred.

Experience with CODA, Concur or similar finance and invoice workflow systems would be a benefit.

The Process
Our interview process for this role is simple:

Location
We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
