About the Role
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring everything runs efficiently and professionally. You will work closely with different departments, helping to coordinate administrative tasks, maintain records, and provide excellent support both internally and externally.
No two days will be the same, making this role ideal for someone proactive, adaptable, and keen to take ownership of their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Organising diaries, appointments, and meetings
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Assisting with invoicing, data entry, and general administration
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office tasks
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining office organisation
- Greeting visitors and providing a professional first impression
- Assisting with company documents, reports, and communications
- Helping improve office systems and processes where needed
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- A confident and professional manner
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential
