Sales Manager – H Goodwin Castings Ltd
H Goodwin Castings Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead business development and strengthen customer relationships within the foundry and castings industry. This role is ideal for a commercially focused professional with a strong technical understanding of foundry processes and cast products, enabling them to confidently engage with customers and provide effective solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal production and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met. They will also represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions where necessary.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the foundry, castings, or metal manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of foundry processes, casting materials, and manufacturing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand technical customer requirements and translate them into commercial opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple accounts.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
