LEVEL 3 TEACHING ASSISTANT
Required for a September start
Grade 4 point 7 -11 (depending on experience)
£26,403 - £28,143 Pro Rata
32.5 hours per week, Term time plus 5 inset days.
1-year Fixed term contract.
The Governors of St Bernard's R.C. Primary School are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our school team.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working with children in the primary school phase
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of children with SEND.
- Be receptive to training and implement strategies given to support the children.
- Have the ability to communicate well with parents and the class teacher.
- Be an enthusiastic, inspirational and caring teaching support assistant.
· Be practising Catholics or have a strong commitment to promoting and enhancing our Catholic ethos, and vision of ‘a joyful, aspirational community rooted in faith’
· Be creative, and reflective teachers who nurture, motivate and inspire children to achieve their best.
· Be highly organised, adaptable and able to work well as part of a dedicated team.
· Be willing to make an active contribution to the broader life of the school.
