The Best Connection are recruiting experienced Flexi/Bendi and Counterbalance Forklift Operatives to join our client based in Biggleswade. We are seeking skilled individuals who can work within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established logistics operation, supporting the smooth and timely movement of goods throughout the warehouse.

4 On / 4 Off - Days: 06:00-18:00hrs

4 On / 4 Off - Nights: 18:00-06:00hrs

Pay rate is £14.45 per hour for day shifts and £15.45 per hour for night shifts
- Overtime rate is £18 per hour for the 5th shift worked in the same week.

Receiving, storing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently

Operating Flexi/Bendi/VNA Forklift Trucks in the warehouse

Using warehouse management systems to maintain accurate stock records

Supporting stock rotation and consolidation
-
Maintaining high housekeeping standards using a "clean as you go" approach
-
Liaising directly with customers to support service expectations
-
Conducting equipment checks where required
-
Assisting with shipping and receiving processes

Safely lifting and moving heavy items
-
Maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records
-
Adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines

Experience operating Pivot Steer, Flexi/Bendi Counterbalance, PPT or Aisle Master equipment

In-date, accredited FLT licence

Previous warehouse experience

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work efficiently, independently, and safely
