Sports Coach (After-School Club) — Transform PE
Location: Balham
Hours: Part-time (After-School Clubs, typically 3:00–4:30pm)
Pay: £15–£25 per session (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: September 2026

The Role
We are looking for an energetic and reliable Sports Coach to lead after-school sports clubs for primary school pupils (ages 5–11). You’ll deliver fun, structured, and progressive sessions that help children develop key skills and a positive attitude towards sport.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver safe, engaging, and inclusive after-school sessions in line with Transform PE’s values.
- Manage group behaviour positively and ensure all pupils are active and involved.
- Adapt activities for varying ages and abilities.
Essential Requirements
- Experience coaching children aged 5–11 in a school, club, or camp setting.
- Confident leading sessions independently.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Enhanced DBS
Desirable
- NGB Level 1 or 2 coaching qualification
- First Aid and Safeguarding training.
