Key Accountabilities

Our Site Engineering Manager is looking for a team member to...

Own and deliver statutory compliance – ensuring all engineering inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements (PSSR, LOLER, LEV) are completed on time with no overdue actions or repeat defects.
Lead contractor and site activity control – managing contractors day-to-day to ensure all work is safe, compliant, well-planned, and executed to site and legal standards.
Drive robust systems and continuous improvement – maintaining accurate compliance systems and stores, using data and root cause analysis to prevent issues and improve performance.

And you have the following skills and experiences....

Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
>5 years in FMCG or similar high-compliance environments
Technical knowledge of PSSR (Pressure Systems), LEV (Exhaust Ventilation), and LOLER (Lifting Operations).
Experience with CMMS software and ideally Crimson
NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely desirable
