We are looking for a highly responsible and organised individual to oversee the charity's financial, operational and administrative activities. Working closely with our Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring we are in the best possible position to support artists and engage audiences through our important artistic and community programmes.
The Head of Finance and Operations is a member of the Leadership Team alongside the Director and the Development Director. Leading on ensuring the business plan and strategic direction of the organisation is implemented, the role is responsible for financial management and planning, reporting and evaluation, building and office management, human resources and visitor services.
This important role is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and dynamic individual. You will have excellent financial acumen and be able to demonstrate organisational management. Joining the organisation during an exciting period of continued development, the role will ensure the organisation achieves its objectives and those of its core funders and key stakeholders.

Salary: £45,000–50,000 per annum (depending on experience) with additional performance-related bonus
