Responsibilities:
- Install and repair tyres on various types of vehicles
- Perform tyre rotations and balancing
- Inspect tyres for wear, damage, and proper inflation
- Maintain accurate records of tire services performed
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience as a tyre fitter or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for tyre installation and repair
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of tyre systems and components
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with tyre installation
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail to accurately inspect and assess tire conditions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
