Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and care
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and service counters
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times
- Manage cash register transactions accurately using basic math skills
- Support the team during busy periods by assisting with cleaning, stock replenishment, and general duties
Requirements
- Previous barista experience or familiarity with coffee-making techniques is highly desirable
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
