Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Operations & Guest Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with their dining experience, ensuring satisfaction at all times
- Take and process orders accurately, providing recommendations when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of food service areas, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Assist in food preparation and presentation as required, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Handle guest enquiries promptly and professionally, resolving any issues efficiently
- Support the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or busy periods
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery throughout shifts
Skills
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs

Pay: £56,000.00 per year
