Apprenticeship: Level 3 Business Administrator

Working Hours
This role is worked 5 days per week on a rota between Monday and Sunday, so applicants must be available to work some weekends. You will work 30 hours per week.
Typical shifts include:
- 9:00am – 3:30pm
- 10:00am – 4:00pm
- 10:30am – 5:00pm
- 12:30pm – 7:00pm
Your working days and shift times will vary depending on the weekly rota.
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in business administration while gaining valuable workplace experience and completing a recognised Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.
You will work alongside our office team and receive training and support while completing a variety of administration and customer service duties.
Main Duties
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries.
- Making outgoing calls to customers when required.
- Responding to emails professionally and promptly.
- Booking appointments and driving lessons.
- Managing and updating booking diaries.
- Updating customer information on company systems.
- Dealing with booking changes, cancellations and general enquiries.
- Communicating with customers, driving instructors and other team members.
- Taking and passing on accurate messages.
- Maintaining organised customer and business records.
- Preparing emails, documents and other correspondence.
- Completing data entry and general computer-based tasks.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the office.
- Providing a professional and friendly level of customer service.
- Completing general administrative duties as required.
