Minerva are on the look for an enthusiastic, well organised office assistant to join our award winning team!
The job is all about keeping our customers smiling by delivering outstanding customer service. Your role will be to help our customers - typically a range of sewists and crafters from all corners of the globe - with inquiries, concerns and requests about our incredible range of craft supplies! You will be critical to that impossibly great service.
Key roles include;
- Dealing directly with customers by telephone and electronically (e.g online chat and email)
- Respond and deal with customer inquiries
- Handle complaints
- Process payments
- Communicate with others in our team
- Booking in courier services and tracking of orders
Who we are looking for!
- Someone familiar with all usual office software and emails
- Experience in customer service
- A knowledge or interest in our industry (sewing and crafts) would be beneficial but is not essential
- Good written and dialogue skills who is able to speak and write English fluently
- Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills
- A can-do attitude
- Someone who is proactive, charismatic, friendly, enthusiastic and organised
