We’re on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and proactive person to join the Wild & Seek team! This role is perfect for someone who loves being outdoors, working with families, and believes in the power of play.
You’ll be solo working, running our sessions so we’re looking for someone who can confidently take the lead and care for the space as if it were their own.
Your Role Includes:
- Opening and setting up the site ahead of each session
- Greeting families, checking them in, and ensuring all disclaimers are completed
- Keeping an eye on the play space – ensuring everyone feels safe and supported
- Resetting and refreshing the space between sessions
- End-of-day tidy-up to keep Wild & Seek looking beautiful and cared for
- Ensuring the site is secure, safe, and fully stocked (first aid, refreshments, equipment)
- Reporting any maintenance needs or incidents
- Being a calm and welcoming presence for children and their grown-ups
About You:
- Confident, warm and approachable
- Organised and great at working independently
- Comfortable in all weathers (we’re outdoors in rain or shine!)
- Good at noticing the little things – safety, tidiness, and guest experience
- Great with kids and grown-ups alike
The Details:
- This is a part-time role with some flexibility, covering an average of 3 days per week (each day consists of 2-3 90 min sessions plus setup/changeover time)
- some weekend availability may be required
- Based at our outdoor site
- Weekend availability required
- Must have or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check and complete basic Health & Safety training
