Duties
- Oversee daily operations
- Inspiring staff and making sure staff feel listened to and acknowledged.
- Ensure the highest standards of care and learning.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and compliance regulations at all times
- Address employee concerns promptly alongside the committee, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment
- Willing to be on the nursery floor one day a week
Experience
- Proven management experience in a nursery environment or similar
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for clear delegation and feedback
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining focus on goals
- Knowledge of management principles, including quality assurance
- If you have or are working towards a BA in Childhood Practice (or equivalent)
- Committment to making a difference!
Hours will be discussed at interview. Term time working!
