MinaLima | Sourcing Manager | London
About MinaLima:
Welcome to MinaLima! Founded in 2009 by Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima, the graphic designers who imagined and created the graphic universe of the Harry Potter™ film series for Warner Bros. Their partnership has flourished through all the subsequent films with their prop designs inspiring a range of merchandise products and art prints. This has enabled our Retail arm “The Art Printorium” to continue to expand and we are now a very successful small business with robust international growth plans to scale our business X10 in the next 5 years.
Who we are:
We believe in making a difference through our craft; amazing our fans, clients and our people through positive experiences and the passion with which we deliver our work. We live by a set of values and behaviours which act as a compass for our people. Care, Curiosity and Consistency are at the centre of all we do.
At MinaLima:
● We Care: Bring in a bit of “community” and touch on “Craft” like attention to detail.
● We are Curious: We bring in “courage” to go beyond our comfort zone.
● We are Consistent: We show up with the same commitment every day: rigorous in craft, generous in our listening, and calm in our responses. It’s not about perfection; it’s about being dependably reliable.
Role Summary:
Are you looking for a sourcing role where you can make a real impact in a fast‑growing creative retail business?
As a commercially driven sourcing specialist, you will help shape our product ranges by building a strong global supplier base and securing high‑quality products at the right cost. You’ll bring insight, negotiation strength and operational discipline to ensure our collections are delivered on time, on budget and to the standards our brand is known for.
Reporting into the Head of Merchandising and Trading, you will play a key part in supporting our growth across multiple categories, balancing commercial objectives with responsible sourcing practices. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to contribute to an internationally expanding business with ambitious plans for the future.
The Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing and developing a global supplier base to deliver high‑quality, commercially viable products across multiple categories. You will oversee the sourcing process from feasibility through to production, ensuring products meet cost, quality and compliance requirements.
Working closely with Merchandising and Product Design and Development, you will provide cost analysis, supplier insight and sourcing expertise to support range planning and product execution. You will negotiate competitive pricing, secure reliable capacity and maintain strong supplier performance.
This role also ensures responsible sourcing standards are upheld, including ethical, safety and compliance requirements. It is a hands‑on position with administrative support for order raising and documentation.
Product vision, creative direction, category development and final product approval sit with the Head of Product, while range planning and commercial delivery sit with the Head of Merchandising and Planning – together they hold overall accountability for product development. You will work closely with both to ensure sourcing decisions support their plans, while owning supplier commercial management, negotiations, contracts, production execution and operational delivery.
