We're recruiting Gold Card Success Executives to work closely with our dental practices, engage with patients and drive the growth of our award-winning referral programme.
Your Mission
You'll become the driving force behind the success of the Space Dental Gold Card.
Every conversation you have could lead to new patients, life-changing smile transformations and increased rewards for our members.
You'll educate, inspire and motivate patients to become active Gold Card ambassadors while helping our practices maximise every referral opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Introducing patients to the exciting benefits of the Space Dental Gold Card.
- Enrolling new members into the programme.
- Ensuring every Gold Card is fully activated and being actively used.
- Building fantastic relationships with your allocated dental practices.
- Encouraging existing members to refer friends, family and colleagues.
- Identifying new referral opportunities and driving programme growth.
- Supporting practices with ideas, promotions and patient engagement initiatives.
- Monitoring performance and helping practices maximise Gold Card success.
- Working closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to deliver outstanding results.
We're Looking For Someone Who
✔ Has experience in sales, customer success, membership sales or customer engagement.
✔ Loves speaking to people and building genuine relationships.
✔ Is enthusiastic, confident and naturally persuasive.
✔ Is commercially minded and target driven.
✔ Can motivate and influence customers with ease.
✔ Thrives in a fast-moving, energetic team environment.
✔ Wants to build a long-term career with genuine opportunities for progression.
Experience within dental, healthcare, retail, hospitality or membership-based businesses would be an advantage—but personality, ambition and attitude are what matter most.
