The White Hart, Broadoak is looking for a reliable, confident and customer-focused Keyholder Supervisor to join our team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a busy pub environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and is comfortable taking responsibility for the smooth running of the pub when senior management are not present.
The Role
As Keyholder Supervisor, you’ll help lead the team during shifts, maintain high standards across the pub and ensure our customers have a great experience every time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Opening and closing the pub safely and securely
- Taking responsibility for the pub during designated shifts
- Supporting and supervising the team on shift
- Delivering friendly, professional customer service
- Ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues confidently
- Supporting stock control, deliveries and cash handling
- Ensuring licensing, health & safety and company procedures are followed
- Leading by example and helping to motivate the team
- Working closely with the management team to maintain standards
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, responsible and organised
- Confident leading a team and making decisions
- Friendly and approachable with customers and colleagues
- Calm under pressure and able to deal with busy shifts
- Experienced in hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment
- Comfortable with opening and closing procedures
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Passionate about providing great service
Previous supervisory or keyholder experience is required, alongside reliability and a positive attitude.
