Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning tools and products.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Use driving skills to travel between different client locations as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally and courteously.
Requirements
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Fluency in English, with strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in cleaning or customer service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to reach various work sites across the area.
