About the Role
Justteachers are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Academic Coaches to support students within a secondary school in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals looking to make a positive impact on student achievement. You will work closely with pupils who require additional academic support, helping them build confidence, improve attainment, and develop effective learning habits. The role will involve delivering targeted interventions, supporting classroom learning, and encouraging students to reach their full potential across a range of subjects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one and small group intervention sessions.
- Support students with academic progress and study skills.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to identify learning gaps.
- Monitor and track student progress.
- Encourage engagement, confidence, and resilience.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
- Degree-level qualification or relevant educational experience.
- Experience working with young people is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Pay: £95.00-£130.00 per day
