Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support cleaning teams across various sites.
- Ensure high-quality cleaning standards are maintained.
- Complete staff rotas, diaries, and administrative tasks.
- Build strong client relationships and meet cleaning requirements.
- Carry out site visits, quality checks, and support daily operations.
Skills & Experience
- Previous cleaning management or supervisory experience.
- Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Confident using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle for travel between venues.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and varying hours.
