Raigins Group, a leading facilities management company in south-east England, is seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out cleaning duties at an Cleaning Operative facility.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning tasks including dusting surfaces, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning restrooms, emptying bins, and replenishing consumables.
- Following all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Reporting any health, safety or maintenance issues immediately.
- Working independently to complete daily assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Covering shifts and working flexible hours as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a Cleaning Operative setting.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to processes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods, bend, lift up to 15kg.
- Clear communication skills and teamwork attitude.
