We are looking for confident, professional, Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructors who are passionate about delivering high-quality classes and creating an exceptional client experience.
The Role:
- Deliver small group Reformer Pilates classes
- Lead classes with clear, confident cueing and strong flow
- Create a welcoming, premium studio environment
- Support clients in progressing safely and effectively
- Build relationships that encourage client retention
Details:
- Freelance / self-employed position
- £35+ per class (depending on experience)
- Flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Opportunity to secure regular weekly slots
- Scope to offer private 1:1 sessions as the studio grows
We’re looking for instructors who are:
- Qualified in Reformer Pilates
- Confident teaching mixed-ability classes
- Friendly, reliable, and professional
- Strong communicators with great energy
- Passionate about delivering a premium client experience
- Interested in growing with a new and evolving studio
Pay: £35.00 per hour
