Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and communicative Lettings Manager to oversee the rental process for our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, coordinating viewings, and ensuring smooth lease agreements. Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lettings process from initial enquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless experience for tenants and landlords.
- Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and answering prospective tenants’ questions.
- Prepare and negotiate tenancy agreements in accordance with legal requirements and organisational policies.
- Grow the lettings portfolio.
- Liaise with landlords to ensure properties are maintained and meet required standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities, including applications, inspections, and lease documentation.
- Oversee all compliance.
- Update social media platforms regularly.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address property issues promptly.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants across various platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional conduct at all times.
Experience
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within property management or lettings.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with tenants, landlords, and team members.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in property lettings or real estate is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided where necessary.
