Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Order Assembler to join our busy warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all orders are prepared to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines. Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to specified order requirements, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently, utilising appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary.
- Pick and pack items carefully, preparing orders for shipment in accordance with company procedures.
- Stock shelves and organise inventory within the warehouse management system to maintain an orderly workspace.
- Load and unload goods from lorries, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
- Conduct routine inspections of mechanical components and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Maintain a clean, organised work environment adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a good understanding of materials handling procedures.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience working with mechanical components is advantageous.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is desirable.
- Ability to operate forklift trucks safely; valid certification is a plus.
- Experience in picking & packing, stock management, and quality control processes.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and handle loads safely.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: £24,420.00-£44,521.41 per year
