We are seeking an experienced and fun Bartender to join our vibrant team. This is a weekend role only. You will be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and manage tabs efficiently.
- Restock supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
- Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless experience for customers from entry to departure.
