Shift: Days (8:00AM-8:00PM) or Nights (8:00PM - 8:00AM)
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Contract: Full Time or Part-Time – Flexible working days and hours required

About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will support elderly and dementia residents in a residential care setting, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the night.
This role involves a mixture of care duties and cleaning tasks which must be prioritised and completed during each shift. Full details of responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and emotional support to residents during night shifts
- Assist residents with personal care needs where required
- Carry out regular night checks to ensure residents’ safety and wellbeing
- Support residents living with dementia with patience and understanding
- Maintain a calm, safe, and clean environment
- Complete cleaning and housekeeping duties as part of the night routine
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and maintain accurate records

- Reliability and a positive, proactive attitude
- Experience in elderly or dementia care is desirable but not essential (full training may be provided for the right candidate)
