Job Summary:
Multitrade sub contractors required to work in local birmingham area on social housing properties. You will require your own vehicle and tools. Carpentry experience is required. This position operates on a sub-contractual basis. Positions are available with the use of a company vehicle also.
Experience with social housing work is preferred but not essential. Candidates must be 25 years of age or older due to insurances.
No electrical or gas works experience required.
Duties:
- Understand customer requests.
- Perform other asociated maintenance works ( carpentry, tiling, etc).
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of tools, materials and equipment.
Skills:
- Proven experience multi-skill trades.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Required minimum of 5 years' experience
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £31,200.00-£39,000.00 per year
