Business Development Manager – Occupational Health (360 Recruitment Background)
Hybrid | Central London (2 days office / 3 days remote)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Uncapped Commission
Realistic OTE: £110k–£120k+

OH Talent Solutions are working in partnership with a leading Occupational Health provider to recruit a commercially driven Business Development Manager from a 360 recruitment background.
This role is ideal for a high-billing recruiter who thrives on new business, understands sales cycles, and wants to apply their commercial skillset in a consultative, high-value Occupational Health environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities across blue-collar and operational sectors, including construction, waste management, logistics, telecoms, aviation, manufacturing, and related industries.
Operating in a hybrid model, you will:
- Win new Occupational Health contracts with SME and national clients
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, and close
- Apply a 360 recruiter mindset to qualify, develop, and convert opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong, measurable sales pipeline
- Work closely with internal clinical and operational teams to deliver tailored OH solutions
- Accurately record activity and progress via CRM (LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Apollo beneficial)
- Consistently exceed revenue targets with a strong, uncapped commission structure
Essential Experience
- Agency recruitment background with full 360 experience (essential)
- Proven billing history
- Experience working within blue-collar or operational sectors
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly organised
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
