Positions are available at St. Charles Urgent Care Centre, Parsons Green Walk-In Centre, and Soho Walk-In Centre , with both full-time and part-time options available.
We welcome applications from Nurses Allied Health Professionals . In this role, you will work autonomously within the scope of the service to provide same day emergency care, supported by a practice educator and Advanced Clinical Practitioners. Provide autonomous, unscheduled care to patients presenting with acute undifferentiated conditions, drawing on expert clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across Emergency Services, other healthcare professionals and statutory and voluntary agencies.
Contribute to defining and maintaining high standards of care and practice, helping to improve service quality.
Support senior staff in the operational management and ongoing development of the service.
Take on shift coordinator responsibilities on a rotational basis, demonstrating leadership in managing day-to-day service operations.
Achieve and maintain competencies in both adult and paediatric care through structured learning with our Practice Educator.
Communicate complex and sensitive information clearly and compassionately to patients, carers, and colleagues.
Deliver care within a culturally sensitive and inclusive framework.
Participate in implementing, conducting and evaluating service audits to support continuous improvement
If you are new to paediatrics, we will support your development through a structured, competency-based programme overseen by our Practice Educator and Clinical Leads, helping you build the knowledge and confidence needed for the role.
