Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a lively environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. This paid position is perfect for individuals eager to develop their skills within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Assist with food preparation and presentation when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
- Support barista duties, including preparing coffee and other beverages as needed
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
- Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous
- Experience in restaurant environments or as a barista can be beneficial
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities
