Responsibilities
- Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and professional service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to bartending standards and food safety regulations
- Serve food items promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations to ensure a safe and inviting environment
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their experience, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive atmosphere
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food safety, alcohol service regulations, and hygiene practices
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
- Familiarity with bartending techniques, serving procedures, and basic math skills will help you succeed in this role
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
