Recruitment & Talent Co-ordinator
The Recruitment & Resourcing Coordinator will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring talent across the business. Working closely with hiring managers.
This role is responsible for managing the end-of-the-end recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to monitoring applications and offering candidates job offers.
The successful candidate will proactively develop talent pipelines, build relationships with schools, colleges, and external organisations, and identify innovative ways to attract hospitality talent.

Partner with managers to understand recruitment requirements and workforce needs.

Ensure Job Descriptions are available for each role and update accordingly.

Ensure Job Adverts are up to date to reflect the responsibilities of the role.

Draft and post vacancies on Tribe Pad (Applicant Tracking System) ATS, social media, and recruitment channels as required.

Manage applications, support with screening CVs of key roles and work with Managers to shortlist suitable candidates as applicable.

Conduct telephone screening interviews and assess candidate suitability where applicable.

Support Managers with understanding of the ATS system and ensure new Managers are trained on using the ATS system.

Work closely with the HR Team to support with onboarding documentation and Day One Induction.

Build and maintain talent pools for future vacancies.

Attend career fairs, schools, colleges, and networking events.

Develop relationships with external stakeholders and community partners.

Proactively identify new methods for recruiting hospitality employees.

Produce recruitment reports and support delivery of recruitment KPIs.

Track and manage recruitment spend.
