We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Lead Document Controller to support our project delivery teams and manage the document control function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working within a Tier 2 engineering or EPCm project delivery environment and will bring excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to lead document control activities in a fast-moving setting.

Lead and manage the document control function across EPCm project delivery.
- Manage, maintain and assure project MDRs, ensuring accuracy, ownership and timely updates.
- Allocate, prioritise and oversee document control workload across the DCC team.
- Coordinate document submissions and returns across multiple client interfaces, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Review and QA outgoing documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency and correct formatting.
- Oversee receipt, logging, filing, distribution and traceability of project documentation.
- Develop, improve and embed document control processes, standards and best practices.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the company's Document Management System (DMS)
- Manage and optimise SharePoint and other relevant document management systems, supporting the team where required.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Senior or Lead Document Controller role
- Background in a Tier 2 engineering or EPCm project delivery environment, with the ability to drive project document control activities (essential).
- Highly organised, diligent, and reliable, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and document interfaces effectively.
- Experienced with industry-standard DMS platforms, including ProArc, Assai, PIMS, Laserfiche (or similar).
- Familiarity with client-specific documentation requirements in engineering or project delivery settings
- Experience developing or enhancing document management systems and processes
- Knowledge of engineering documentation workflows and project information management practices
