The Role
We're looking for a proactive, organised Account Coordinator to join our London team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone starting their commercial career who enjoys solving problems, working with customers, and learning about FinTech and SaaS. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues across Payments, Customer Success and Growth, gaining exposure to customer onboarding, account management and commercial operations.
Your role will be split across two key areas: supporting the day-to-day success of CleanCloud Pay customers and helping our Growth Account Management team identify opportunities to expand relationships with our existing customer base.
What you'll be doing
- Support new businesses as they onboard onto CleanCloud Pay, guiding them through setup and helping them start processing payments successfully.
- Assist the Payments team in introducing existing CleanCloud customers to CleanCloud Pay.
- Become a trusted first point of contact for customers using CleanCloud Pay, helping resolve day-to-day questions around payments, transactions and payment hardware.
- Work alongside the Growth Account Management team to identify opportunities for customers to benefit from additional products and services.
- Collaborate with Support, Operations and Product teams to resolve customer issues and share customer feedback that helps improve our platform.
- Keep customer records and activity up to date in our CRM.
- Learn about the payments ecosystem and develop the commercial skills needed to progress into customer success or account management.
What we're looking for
- Up to one year of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, support or commercial role (including internships or placement years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Someone who enjoys helping customers and solving problems.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and building positive relationships.
- Curious, organised and eager to learn.
- UK-based with the right to work in the UK without sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice to have (but not essential)
- Experience using CRM or customer support tools such as HubSpot or Intercom.
- Exposure to SaaS, technology or subscription businesses.
- Familiarity with payment platforms such as Stripe or Adyen.
- Spanish language skills.
Why this role?
This role is designed as a development opportunity. You'll receive training, work alongside experienced colleagues, and build the commercial, customer and payments knowledge needed to grow into Customer Success, Account Management or other commercial roles within CleanCloud.
