Ambitious sales negotiator required with good agency background. The role offers an enormous opportunity for career progression by expanding the existing residential agency business. You will work as part of a team helping to progress sales and be responsible for bringing in new business.

We have five strategically placed offices across Kent and Sussex including Battle, Haywards Heath, Pulborough, Surrey Hills and Tunbridge Wells.
Salary and package
· Based in our Pulborough office (Stratton House, 57 Lower Street, Pulborough,
RH20 2AZ)
· Permanent position.
· Fulltime.
· 23 days holiday (increasing up to 25 days) plus bank holidays plus birthday.
· £25,000-£26,000 per annum DoE.
· Commission.
· Life Insurance.
Qualifications and skills
· Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
· Strong people and communication skills – good listener.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients – focus on customer care.
· Flexible and organised in managing workload.
· Excellent focus on detail.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
· Good IT skills.
· Knowledge of Reapit (advantageous but not essential).
· Determination and drive.
Responsibilities and duties
· Negotiate and secure sales by interacting well with clients and buyers.
· Proactively generate viewings /collate and report on feedback to clients.
· Efficiently manage the database of buyers and match suitable buyers to properties.
· Manage the progression of sales driving through to completion.
Other requirements
· Must have the permanent right to work in the U.K.
· Clean full driving licence.
· Use of a car.
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
