The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of driving our sales success, calling businesses to sell advertising space on our digital screens and within our brand-new agricultural magazine. This is an exciting time to join our expanding team and make a real impact in a niche industry. Agricultural knowledge is a bonus but not essential.
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound sales calls to prospects and existing clients with confidence and professionalism
- Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs
- Hit and exceed targets, benefiting from uncapped commission
- Keep up to date with our products, industry trends, and new projects
- Collaborate with a supportive, fun team that loves to win together
What We’re Looking For:
- Telesales experience – you must not be afraid to pick up the phone
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive, customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated and resilient
- A team player who thrives in a positive, energetic environment
- Basic IT skills - experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Agricultural industry knowledge is a bonus but not essential
