You’ll work across a range of Capture House clients, helping plan, create and deliver their social media and digital content.
No two weeks will look exactly the same. One day you might be planning a client’s monthly social content, the next you could be designing graphics in Adobe Illustrator, updating a website in Wix, writing copy or helping capture content at a client location or event.
You’ll be expected to bring ideas to the table rather than simply wait for a brief. We want someone who understands brands, follows what’s happening across social platforms and can turn ideas into content that looks great and has a clear purpose.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and managing social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Creating engaging social posts, stories, reels and other short-form content
- Writing captions and marketing copy in different brand voices
- Developing monthly content plans and calendars
- Designing branded graphics and marketing assets using Adobe Illustrator
- Updating, building and managing pages and content within Wix websites
- Working alongside our photography and video team to plan content shoots
- Capturing social-first photo and video content where required
- Editing and repurposing content for different social platforms
- Scheduling and publishing client content
- Engaging with relevant trends and developing creative content ideas
- Supporting wider client marketing campaigns
- Reviewing social media performance and identifying opportunities to improve
- Communicating with clients and keeping projects moving
- Supporting Capture House’s own social media, content and marketing
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need to be creative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment.
Essential skills and experience:
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business, brand or clients
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Confident using Adobe Illustrator
- Confident using Wix to build and update websites
- Strong written English and the ability to write engaging social copy
- A good eye for design, branding and visual consistency
- Understanding of what makes effective short-form social content
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines and priorities
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients
- Proactive attitude, you spot opportunities and suggest ideas rather than waiting to be asked
Nice to Have
Experience in any of the following would be a bonus:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Canva
- Photography or videography
- Video editing and Reels/TikTok creation
- Meta Business Suite
- Paid social advertising
- Email marketing
- SEO
- Google Analytics
- Working within a creative or marketing agency
- Hospitality, events or venue marketing
You don’t need to be an expert in everything above. We’re more interested in finding someone with strong core skills, a creative mindset and the willingness to learn.
This role would suit someone who already has some hands-on marketing or social media experience and is ready to take more ownership.
You might currently be working as a Social Media Executive, Content Executive, Marketing Executive or Junior Digital Marketing Executive.
You’ll enjoy this role if you like variety, enjoy working with different brands and would rather spend your week creating, planning and making things happen than doing the same task every day.
What We Offer
- Salary of £25,000–£28,000, depending on experience
- The opportunity to work with a wide variety of businesses and brands
- A creative and collaborative working environment
- Real responsibility and ownership of client accounts
