We're looking for an experienced Bar & Events Manager who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and loves creating memorable guest experiences. This is a hands-on management role where no two days are the same—from busy Friday nights and live music to weddings, private parties and corporate events.

What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the venue, ensuring outstanding service, a motivated team and profitable operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring the front-of-house bar team.
- Managing all aspects of bar operations and service standards.
- Planning, organising and delivering private events and functions.
- Working closely with customers to create bespoke event experiences.
- Recruiting, training and developing a high-performing team.
- Creating staff rotas and managing labour costs effectively.
- Driving sales through events, promotions and exceptional customer service.
- Managing stock control, ordering and GP targets.
- Ensuring licensing, health & safety and food safety compliance.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming venue at all times.
- Working alongside senior management to grow the business and introduce new ideas.
What we're looking for
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience managing a busy bar or hospitality venue.
- Experience organising and delivering successful events.
- A natural ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commercial awareness with an eye for increasing sales and profitability.
- A calm, positive attitude under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
