Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Florist to lead our floral design team and elevate our floral offerings. Duties
- Design and create exquisite floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring each piece reflects creativity and attention to detail
- Lead the floral department by organizing workflows, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, offering expert advice on flower selection, care, and arrangement styles in multiple languages such as English and Spanish
- Oversee the procurement of fresh flowers and supplies, ensuring quality control and timely delivery
- Train and mentor junior florists on design techniques, horticultural practices, and customer service excellence
- Implement merchandising strategies to showcase floral displays attractively and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of gardening trends, horticulture practices, and seasonal themes to keep offerings fresh and innovative
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Florist or Floral Designer with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating creativity and technical skill
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Deep knowledge of gardening principles, horticulture practices, and flower care techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for design innovation combined with practical horticultural expertise

Pay: £14.00-£18.50 per hour
