Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Technician to join our dynamic dental care team. Duties
- Fabricate dental prosthetics such as dentures, and orthodontic appliances based on detailed prescriptions from dentists
- Use various materials including , metals, plastics, and composites to create durable and aesthetically pleasing restorations
- Ensure all prosthetics meet strict quality control standards before delivery to the dental office
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials used, and production timelines using IT systems
- Communicate effectively with dentists and team members to clarify specifications and ensure patient needs are met
- Assist in patient care by providing guidance on prosthetic maintenance and usage instructions
- Organize work schedules efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Dental Technician or in a related dental laboratory role
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, materials science, and fabrication techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear collaboration with dental professionals and patients
- Familiarity with IT systems used for record-keeping and workflow management in a dental laboratory setting
- Ability to demonstrate organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of patient care principles related to prosthetic maintenance is a plus
- Prior experience working with nursing or healthcare teams can be advantageous
