Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Utilise data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and relevant information in our CRM system.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
- Develop personalised retention strategies tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement upselling initiatives that benefit both the organisation and clients.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and retention activities for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or retention roles is preferred.
