Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project and Compliance Administrator to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project management activities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and maintaining quality assurance processes. Duties
Key responsibilities include the following:
Project Administration
- Assisting with large-scale commercial landscaping projects
- Preparing and submitting tenders and quotations
- Liaising with suppliers and clients
- Ordering materials and plants
- Maintaining project documentation and spreadsheets
Compliance & Training
- Monitoring employee training requirements
- Ensuring certifications remain current
- Supporting compliance accreditations such as SMAS
Fleet & Asset Management
- Managing vehicle and asset records
- Ensuring compliance requirements are met
Administration & Coordination
- Producing project packs
- Tracking project information
- Communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
Other duties
- Any other task that may reasonably be required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project administration or compliance management is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for report writing and data management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £26,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
