Requirements
Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a healthcare setting
Medication administration/support experience is essential
NVQ Level 3 or Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
No restrictions on working hours
Must have unrestricted right to work in the UK – this role does not offer visa sponsorship
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care
- Support patients with personal care and daily living activities
- Administer or assist with medication in line with training
- Record observations and maintain accurate documentation
- Work closely with nurses and the wider healthcare team
- Promote patient dignity, safety, and independence
